Air Cargo Padel combines business and fun, making it a go-to event for networking with professionals that work in, or are involved with, air cargo. With two sold out events and hundreds of participants, we are set for again an exciting event ahead.

Building on last year's success, ACP is now back with what again will be a smash hit, offering even more opportunities to showcase your padel skills, network with professionals, and just enjoy the day to the fullest.

FAQ

How can I sign-up? And how many teams? Can I also spectate?

ACP employs a registration form for teams willing to participate in the tournament to ensure compatibility between our event and companies/professionals wishing to attend. After registering your teams, we will subsequently provide you with a link to our event shop by email, where you can purchase your team and/or spectator ticket(s). If you are not a sponsor or partner of Air Cargo Padel, the maximum number of teams you can register through our pre-registration form is four. If you intend to come with a larger group, we can discuss this further in consultation.

Do you want to attend the event without participating in the tournament? This is also possible by purchasing a spectatorticket. A spectatorticket provides access to the event, and lets you enjoy free drinks and barbecue while you can meet and cheer for your favorite colleagues and business relations.

I signed up. What now?

You will receive a link to the event shop several weeks prior to the tournament, which is scheduled for July 3, 2025. Additionally, we will keep you updated via email or LinkedIn. Please note that failure to complete payment for reserved tickets within the specified timeframe will result in your tickets being redistributed to teams on the waiting list. Therefore, signing up does not guarantee a ticket—it depends on timely payment and whether your comapny aligns with our audience.

What will the day look like? When does it start and when does it end?

While the definitive schedule is yet to be determined, we highly recommend planning for a full day from 12:00 to 22:00. In addition to hosting the tournament, there will be numerous side activities to participate in, including a clinic, demonstration game, and other sports. Moreover, an outdoor bar and barbecue will be available, complemented by a DJ playing the best music.

What companies participated in last year's events? To name a few: United Cargo, KLM Cargo, Expeditors, Kuehne Nagel, Driscoll's, ABN AMRO, Avi Air and many more.

Can I park my car at ACP? Is there public transport?

Free parking is available at Padel Mate Club, and multiple public transport options are accessible nearby.

Can I change in sports clothes at the location?

Dressing rooms are available for changing clothes.
